Karen Leach created her businesses from a place of need here on Maui. It was impossible to get a flawless spray tan with an organic solution. With many attempts, the in-salon method wasn’t working here with the humidity. We needed a longer dry time and Karen knew she wanted a luxury home service that she couldn’t find, so she created it.

Glow on the Go! Mobile Organic Spray Tanning was the first mobile business of it’s kind on Maui. Each tan is executed with perfect results and each client is treated like the Queen or King you are! Only the Best!

Karen’s background has always been about high end skin care with high end professional tanning. She doesn’t settle and uses only the best in products and practices for her clients and personal use. Her passion, qualifications, and resources allowed for instant success and growth.

After high school Karen got her Aetheticians license for MakeUp Artistry and skin care. She has always had a natural love for the beauty industry. She worked as a Airbrush Tanning Artist in Southern California, when spray tanning was just gaining popularity. She worked in a high-end day spa where she eventually managed years later.

Growing up in Hawaii, skin care has always been on the forefront of interests for Karen. Protecting her fair skin with sunscreen and fake tanning became a regular regimen at a young age.

After giving birth to her daughter, in summer 2016, a fire was set inside of her to be the best human on this earth for her. How can we be teaching things we haven’t mastered? Karen began a deep dive spiritually, ethically, and economically. She wanted to be the best example for her daughter. In this search for a higher vibe she kept getting inspiration for goals to go after, which the more she listened and acted, the more lucrative things began to be.

A background in a beauty, and all things visually fantastic, drive Karen and it’s such a blessing ‘Glow on the Go’ has been so successful. The dream is to do what you love and Karen is living her dream.

The next natural transition for Karen is her latest business venture, a Spray Tan Agency called, Room Service Spray Tans, which is a new outsourcing partnership with Resorts on Maui so they can offer in-room spray tans and ensure their guests are getting a flawless tan by using our agency of Professional Certified Tanning Artists.

Karen’s team of employees care about tanning as much as she does. In the intensive training she strives to duplicate “Karen’s ways” and copy the elements that her regulars love about Glow on the Go.

This Spray Tan Agency allows each property to offer in-room organic spray tans to those guests with allowing more privacy and higher level of servitude. This is what guests want and they want a professional tanning them to ensure a perfect tan. We take the headache of training and hiring someone good enough or reliable enough to keep tanning in-house and on staff. With Karen’s guidance, the Team Manager is constantly upgrading the training program & quarterly workshops with current techniques and products to keep us at the top of our game. It’s most important to Karen that each tan we execute is perfect and we don’t leave the guest unless it is.

Tanning is a very specific niche market and not everyone can execute a perfect tan. Maui Spray Tan Agency is here to work with the Resorts as the source for the high end service for their guests.
